About Me

Lindsey is a passionate psychotherapist who holds a degree in Health Sciences, specializing in Addictions Counseling, from the University of Lethbridge. Currently working on Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology through Yorkville University. She has extensive knowledge in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, meditation and mindfulness. Work experience includes distress line operator, Youth children family behaviouralist , children youth and family counselor.
